Which countries do you ship to?

EU countries – We will shortly be able to take orders through our website to Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland & Spain.

Orders for Guernsey, Isle of Man & Jersey can be sent using Royal Mail.

VAT will be charged at the rate applicable in your country and any customs duty can be checked prior to checkout so no nasty surprises on delivery!!

We can manually raise a Pro Forma invoice for orders over €150 in the remaining EU countries until UPS adds them to this system . You will need to agree to pay any VAT or Customs duty that becomes payable to the UPS courier on delivery. Please do contact us if this is something you would like us to do. We will need the product SKU’s (found on each product page), the quantities required, your full contact details including delivery address and your VAT number if you have one.

International orders – outside the European Union remain the same as they are VAT exempt and customers pay Customs duties on receipt of their order.

We cannot unfortunately fulfil orders for use in the United States or Canada for reasons associated with voltage US = 120V, UK = 240V. Business insurance costa are also prohibative.
